Book hangover in the best way!!

I was so excited for Lucian & Sloan’s story & not only did Lucy Score not disappoint, she catapulted to the stars!! This book gave everything & pulled the story from both main characters so effortlessly! What a perfect reading journey

Best of all three

What a wonderful end to this trilogy. I listened to all three books within the last 3 months so it’s been fresh in my memory. I genuinely gasped with surprise and cried while listening to this one. The first book had a bit too much xxx but this one was way better. Much better natural build up. Having two entire books preceding this one building up their character development made me love them so much more.

worth the wait

This last installment of our time in Knockemount was so worth the wait. This Audible is one you'll listen to forever. The story is amazing and the narrators are unbelievable. Combined make for an Audible you won't want to miss

These books ALWAYS make me LOL. Lucy’s writing is spectacular. I was so ready for this installment and it was better than I even expected it to be. The love story was so genuine that I cried at the end. I NEVER cry.

Lucy Score is back with the final book in the Knockemout series and it is truly bittersweet!! I’ve been salivating for Lucian and Sloane’s story since that first bout of hate appeared! Since then it has been a tease upon a tease waiting to know all things they’ve kept between them.

Sloane is the type of woman you’d be lucky to call a bestie, she is front line and ready to defend the people she loves. She’s feisty and not afraid to speak her mind. Selfless, compassionate and a fellow book lover…it’s truly impossible not to love her.

Lucian, oh my grumpy, growly, buries his feelings deep in denial and has a hidden soft side for the people he loves Lucian. This man had a heart of pure solid gold hidden behind the dark black one he portrayed to the world. Now do understand that does not mean he is sweet and cuddly by any means because he will cut you to the wick with his words. But, the way he shows his affection in actions definitely left me swooning on more than one occasion.

I loved the flashbacks that gave us more insight into their history and learning how these two grew to hate each other.
Speaking of hate, the hate lust that brewed between these two was absolutely blazing haaawt!
The tension impenetrably thick and I was desperately on edge waiting for these two to combust and combust they did, leaving my kindle positively sizzling!

Lucy had me completely absorbed into this story on all fronts; from the will they or won’t they with Lucian and Sloane to the suspense aspect added in. Then just when I thought things were settling, Lucy flipped things upside down with a surprising twist.
This was a grand slam addition to the Knockemout series with a bonus epilogue that left me with all the freaking feels. What a way to end one heck of a series!
Then the audio, oh my this audio was the icing on the cake! Lila Winters and Sebastian York were spectacular!

I have been waiting on Sloane and Lucian’s story since the Knockemout series began and they did not disappoint. I loved them so much. Things We Left Behind was angsty, emotional, and my favorite of this series. Sloane and Lucian had me all up in my feels and I couldn’t get enough of their second chance, enemies to lovers story.

These two are drawn to each other like magnets. Even though they claim to hate one another, everyone can see the electricity that lies beneath their every interaction. Learning about their shared tragic past was heartbreaking. Their push and pull relationship was full of fire and their snarky, barb-filled banter hid their true feelings, even from themselves at times. I loved watching them come to terms with the past and realize the depth of their emotions.

I loved the narration of Lila Winters and Sebastian York. Both are two of my faves and they did a fantastic job of bringing this complicated story to life.

Full of rich characters that will live in your heart forever and a deep, intense love that can’t be denied, Things We Left Behind was a gripping, emotional and wonderful conclusion to this fantastic series. I’m so sad to say goodbye to these characters but excited to see what’s next.

Loved this series and how each new book carried the characters from the book before. Still not sure which is my favorite so I’m sure I will go back and read through again, they are that good with ALL the emotions 😉

Love, love, love! So sad it’s over!

By far one of my favorite series and I’m so sad it’s over ! This book is filled with plenty of laugh out loud moments, some steamy romance, as well as an incredible story that brings a fantastic ending to Knockemount!
