Kept my interest

Well this story definitely kelp my interest.
I don’t want to give any details away but it’s definitely shocking and interesting and highly inappropriate lol

Wasn’t a huge fan of the guy narrator for the uncle otherwise narration was great

If u r going I’m thinking it’s so taboo it’s not. It’s a good romance / erotica with a little extra bit don’t worry doesn’t go too far

Wow! This book was incredible! So many feels! Definitely worth buying and I will be listening to again in the near future! The only thing I didn't like was the narration for Jake but was able to get over it and enjoy every moment. Some very sweet and very sexy scenes and the story all together was wonderful! ❤❤❤

Wow.

The narration started out weird but you get used to it. I cringed everyone T came J UNCLE. But otherwise this book was amazing. The dynamics of each character were so good.

Just don’t know what to think

Well I’m stumped just don’t even know ... not sure if I liked it or didn’t .... I just don’t know .... yeah I’m gonna leave it at that .... 🤓

Good, just a little long. For taboo romance fans.

I thought this book was good. The narrators were really good. Although, I was a bit disappointed by how it turned out (romance wise). I was hoping for a more taboo ending with all of them ;)
People offended by this book shouldn't read/listen to taboo style books. I thought it was hot, a total fantasy.
Also, the main character needed to stop crying so much.

Not your typical story

This story is not for the kind hearted. The girl goes through lots of emotion and if your judgmental to others and the way they live. You may not want to read this book. I thought it was a great perspective on a confused messed up girl who really just needs to live and learn. In the end it was amazing. The one she chose was who I hoped. Weird but I did. Loved this book. Sofia did amazing bc I could actually feel that dull emotion the character had. I was not a fan of the voice for jake it was to much shouting. But who ever did Kaleb, I wish I heard more of him, he was good. Overall I was happy and couldn’t stop listening.

Alarming yet I couldn’t stop

This is borderline insane but I couldn’t stop. The taboo nature of this book kept me locked in because I just couldn’t believe what I was listening to.
It was very well written and the performance was really good as well!

Michael Pauley is horrible.

The narrator for Jake is horrible. Idk how he’s a professional at this. I’ll never listen to another book with Michael Pauley. Yikes. 🤢

Unexpectedly Incredible

I don’t usually write reviews, but this book surprised me to the point that this is a perfect time for a first. I went into this book thinking I knew what to expect, as most smut romance books can follow the same kind of story line. Boy was I surprised.
It’s not a normal “romance”, but if you can get past some questionable choices and stuff that could possibly be triggering to some. It’s absolutely incredible. I read a few reviews and almost stopped reading because of them. It was worth pushing through, and trying to understand where these characters are coming from.
Penelope Douglas has a beautiful way of describing characters, and finding a way to have people understand them, even when their situations may not always be very relatable.
I’m someone who loves HEA for characters, and monogamous relationships in stories, and some stuff can just cross a line. This was right on the line, but beautifully done. I’m not one to re read books, but it will be staying in my library for future reads. Absolutely incredible.

Could be triggers for abuse/rape, even mental disorders. Definitely not your cup of tea if you’re not a fan of “love triangles”. But I promise it is worth the read.
