Overcome Social Anxiety With This Audiobook
I recently came across this audiobook and picked it up for my 14-year-old daughter. She doesn't necessarily have social anxiety disorder, but I still figured it might be a great book for her to listen to and I was right. I tend to have a small bit of social anxiety myself, so I decided to give it a listen as well, and I thought it was a wonderful audiobook. I think just learning how to recognize what social anxiety disorder is can be the first most important step in the healing journey. I actually found chapter 6 that covers how to calm yourself in social situations to be absolutely amazing! I have already started acting differently in social situations that used to stress me out. I highly recommend!

Excellent Book
Great book for any teen that is going through anxiety. Having anxiety is bad enough but when you add all the turmoil of teenage years it can feel really big and overwhelming. This book gives helpful tips and actionable advice on boosting self-esteem and recognizing trigger and specifically how to deal with them. Highly recommend.
