I really enjoyed this listen.

I really enjoyed this read. It's filled with highly helpful information on how to cope with anxiety, depression, and negativity in general. I realized that I have a lot of negative thoughts that I was not aware of, and now I'll apply what I listen in the book to start having a more positive life.

Nice book

I've always believed that changing your thinking can change your life. And CBT fits right into that. This book has practical ways of helping you change your thinking, like checklists, etc. Although it should probably be considered just a "starting point" for CBT

if you want help with understanding the root and influence on your emotions. This is an easy way to learn about managing and controlling your emotions. And, the second book on CBT teaches us how to manage our thoughts

Very insightful and useful.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is good to know if you suffer anxiety. I knew about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy before listening to it, but didn't know how to implement it as part of my life. I love this book

The techniques described in this book are very natural. Basically, it aims to train the readers on different ways and techniques to redirect our thinking to more positive and constructive habits.
