If you are ready to look at yourself FOR REAL, then buy this today. I laughed out loud, cried in empathy and sobbed when it felt like I was listening to my own words being spoken. I related and learned from every story but a few opened wounds and made me question if they were watching my life through a window. I'm going back and listening again to actually do the work and apply the takeaways suggested. I've followed and loved Mel Robbins for years...this has taken my admiration and respect to another level. It is fitting and right on time. All I can say is....get ready to laugh, cry and learn. Thank You Mel and all of the people that allowed themselves to be vulnerable and as a result, help us. sending you all hugs and tons of love

Mind blowing. Life changing.
Mel’s no-f**k attitude and ability to put a mirror in your face through her coaching in this book is unbelievable.
I laughed, I cried, I yelled “YES! That’s me!” so many times...
it’s a Must Listen
fo anyone who’s stuck, or simply not exactly where they thought they’d be in life.
Surprisingly relatable — even if at first you hear the background story and think “that has nothing to do with me” — just wait. You’ll find the place where each and every story meets you.
Love it!! And can’t wait for Mel to release another one!

Life Chaning
I could literally relate to something from each of the stories. It was real, it was raw, it was perfection.
I am walking away with so much insight to make no excuses for my life but to get to work. Like she said, I didn’t want to book to end. Please, please do more like this!

Worthy of listening to multiple times.

Good advise. Way too much swearing
The advice was awesome.
The grade school vocabulary (swear words) were unbelievably frequent and annoying. I would like to think that grown ups could make their points without all of the cussing.
