Easy to follow and understand.

This audiobook should have been my health group textbook. It has everything I need to stay fit. Eating healthy, exercising and your HABITS (probably you do not notice them) are the three ways one can lose weight. If only using one of the three, the dieting won't work. Fitness is a goal everyone should have. A. Hodge created a perfect guide book. These pages are well-organized and well-researched. Need motivation? That too is covered in this How to Become and Stay Fit Forever. I was genuinely amazed at how much content was provided in this short audiobook. I definitely needed to listen to it. Easy to follow and understand. For those serious about their health, I highly recommend How to Become and Stay Fit Forever.

Highly recommended!

Finally, an audiobook to help get off the weight roller coaster. If you are tired of the same old diets; losing then gaining over and over and want to stay at your ideal weight, then listen to this book. You will learn the principles of why you repeat this behavior from someone who has "been there" and "done that".
So, if you are serious about your health, this may be the last book you will ever listen to weight loss. Highly recommended!

Powerful Book!! Absolutely LOVE it!!

This audiobook will speak to you, move you so deeply and give you tools for real change. This audiobook is a must-listen-to for anyone who struggles with food and body. We aren't alone in this fight. Food freedom is possible for everyone with Allison's knowledge and guidance. I am passing this book on to every woman I know!

Recommend it.

I enjoyed this audiobook and would recommend it to others. If you think this may be relatable to you, it’s worth the purchase. I am learning about emotional eating and becoming more aware of it. This book has helped me identify what's going on when I want to eat when I'm not hungry and what to do instead.

Good informative.

If you've tried diet after diet, only to lose weight but see it find it's way back to you, this is a step by step process to remove you from dieter mentality. You will finally understand why diets don't work and be on a pathway to your goal weight with learned behaviors that will help you obtain and maintain your weight loss. We want the fat gone forever, don't we?

It's a tiny but HUGE idea.

It's a tiny but HUGE idea. Set yourself up for success. Change at least one habit at a time. Try to use to and go ahead to change another one. I have been killing it since I listen to this. I meet my goals every day PLUS some. Stop giving your money to the diet industry!

This is a useful audiobook!

This is a useful audiobook! Especially for me. Suddenly everything fell into place and made sense after years of weight issues and eating behavior struggling. The book is built on the combination of scientific research, and life observations. It is beneficial in understanding the cause of food-related issues a lot of people have to deal with every day.
Furthermore, the audiobook provides a solution, the way to implement it. Excellent and practical, thank you!

Easy to follow.

I'm in the process of reading this book. I have purchased an audio version too. Thus far I believe the author is going in the right direction and what she states makes sense. I would buy this book again. As a dieter my entire adult life, know that this book isn't a magic cure, but it offers insights regarding behavior, metabolism and the interconnection between the brain and the body when it comes to food. If you are willing to change the way you see food, think about food and understand your body type and make peace with yourself that all bodies are not created the same - then you will be successful.

Very helpful!

It was very refreshing to listen to a different type of book about weight loss. Allyson Hodge's strategy is easy to implement and leads to life long change. Excellent ideas. Easy to put into practice. This is beautiful audio with constructive and even life-changing ideas - I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to make a lasting change in their health and feel good while doing it!
