De ahí que la comunidad científica haya bautizado este fenómeno con el nombre de inflammaging, combinación de los términos inflammation ("inflamación") y aging ("envejecimiento"). Si quieres detener el fenómeno de inflammaging y prolongar al máximo tu salud, tienes que hacer lo posible por prevenir la aparición de esa inflamación crónica.
