This is an unquestionable requirement perused for anybody considering the flesh eater diet. Absolutely Good.
The author is honest and straight forward to the reader. Good references provided if you want to do more research on your own. Great suggestion and great recipes, lays out exactly what you need. I mean it’s basically animal and water. Plenty of helpful information so I would recommend this book to all for a Carnivore diet.

Really I enjoyed this book...
After listening to this book I also know that even though I make considerable effort to eat only local food, it is important to always talk to farmers and food producers to learn more about how they grow and raise the food I'm eating. Really I enjoyed this book...
