It's a gem!
I really enjoyed this book! It's all about using art to tackle tough emotions and heal from trauma, and as someone who loves to draw and paint, it really clicked with me. The exercises are simple and really fun, even for people who don't think of themselves as 'artists.' Every chapter gave me something new to think about and try out, showing me how art can help connect your feelings with your body to help you heal and find joy again. If you're into using your creative side for something more than just making pretty things, this book is a gem. Totally worth checking out!

Powerful Content Powerful Results
To be honest I am new to Somatic Therapy but I am not new to the benefits of things like inner child healing and positive thinking can accomplish. If you open your mind to therapies like this and have friends who can help you reinforce your beliefs in it, you'll see astonishing results. If you're also new, keep this audiobook in your library and come back to it; as you continue to practice it, you'll start to see the benefits.

Much needed guide!
I was in this process earlier in life and it was so painful and took a long time to get over it. This guide explains so well on how to overcome these trauma through arts, movements and mindfulness which can help the body and the mind at the same time. This is an excellent book to gift someone suffering from these trauma.
