Publisher's summary
Peter Pan meets Groundhog Day when 11-year-old Jackson makes a birthday wish about never growing up that mysteriously comes true.
On his 11th birthday, Jackson is nervous about moving up to middle school where he knows he'll be bullied by older kids, so he makes his wish, "I don't want to grow up!" When his 12th birthday rolls around, he discovers his wish came true: he's still 11, and he’s starting fifth grade (again). At first, this is the perfect life. Jackson is the smartest kid in his class, the best on his baseball team, and the star of the school band. But after a few years of being 11, he realizes his life is passing him by. His little sister is suddenly his big sister, his former friends are driving, everyone else is growing older but he's still living the same fifth grade life. Will Jackson ever figure out how to grow up or will he remain Stuck?

Twelve-year-old Theodore “Teddy” Roosevelt Fitzroy believes that Henry, the hippopotamus at the brand-new FunJungle, has been murdered. The zoo’s top brass claim the hippo went belly up the natural way, but Teddy and his feisty friend Summer McCraken have other ideas. Could the culprit be FunJungle’s animal-hating head of operations? Or is it FunJungle’s owner - Summer’s dad - a man who is much more concerned about money than animal welfare? The deeper Teddy and Summer dig, the more danger they’re in - because when it comes to hippo homicide, the truth can’t be caged!

In fact Ben is so awkward, he can barely get to school and back without a mishap. Because of his innate nerdiness, Ben is not surprised when he is recruited for a magnet school with a focus on science - but he's entirely shocked to discover that the school is actually a front for a junior CIA academy.

About the Creator
Chris Grabenstein is the New York Times best-selling author of several successful series for children and young adults including the Lemoncello series, the Wonderland series, and the Haunted Mystery series. He is also the author of a number of standalone novels, such as Shine! and The Island of Dr. Libris, and a number of titles he co-authored with James Patterson, including House of Robots, I Funny, Treasure Hunters, and Word of Mouse. When he’s not writing fast-paced and fun page-turners, Grabenstein is a playwright, screenwriter, and comedian. Shortly after college, he moved to New York City with six suitcases, a typewriter, and very little money, putting himself to work writing scripts and performing with some of the city’s top improv troupes. Over the course of his career, Grabenstein also wrote for television, including for Jim Henson’s beloved Muppets, penning skits for the Dial-a-Muppet hotline and Little Muppet Monsters. He currently lives in New York City with his wife J.J., their cat Phoebe Squeak, and lots and lots of ideas.

Story
Coke and Pepsi McDonald didn’t want to jump off a cliff. They didn't want to get hit by poisoned darts from blowguns either. And they certainly don't want to get locked in their burning school, thrown into a pit at the top of a sand dune, or drowned in a vat of liquefied Spam. But what are you supposed to do when you’re being chased across the country by your insane health teacher and two guys in bowler hats who are trying to kill you? One thing's for sure, it'll be a snap for Coke and Pep to write their essays on "How I Spent My Summer Vacation."

Beelzebub, the prince of demons, is bored. It's his destiny to one day rule the dark underworld known as the Red Realm, but it's sooo boring down there. All he wants to do is lay around all day in the lava pits (ahhh), boss everyone around (rude!), and maybe play a cruel prank (or two). But Beelzebub's father has had it with his son's nasty attitude. No one backtalks the Red King. NO ONE. A disgraced Beelzebub is banished by his father and cursed to spend his days in the worst place either of them can imagine. EARTH.

Story
On a dark, wintry day, Eliza Grey receives a mysterious letter from her ailing Nana Mora begging her to come for a visit. This is an easy "Yes". Eliza has always preferred Nana Mora's beach cottage on St. Simons Island to the apartment she and her mom call home in the city. The island is a magical place where stories and legends grow as thick as the Spanish moss dangling in the trees. Now, Nana Mora's eyesight is fading, and there's something she wants to show Eliza before it’s totally gone: a mythical place locals refer to as Sirens Harbor.

Awesome!
(Review by Owen, age 10)
I didn't exactly get how it worked but when I did understand, it was awesome! It's literally just groundhog day but with only one person and not the whole world. actually, 2 people. It was so captivating and enthralling. Even though It was pretty short, every second was worth it, and leaves you wanting more. I recommend this book to anyone that likes groundhog day and wants something similar.
