Great story!

Marks reading is amazing as always. B. V. Larson never fails to keep you on the edge of your seat and he makes you fall in love with the characters. One thing with this book that stands out, I laughed to the point of tears a few times. 5 full stars!

Performance great story is ok

I think they can go someplace with it in the following books. But it needs work. It’s good enough to it for sure but it’s a little campy and stereotypical in places.

Not bad

It was fine, but had hard time focusing. Just didn’t hold my attention. I’ve probably just read too many space sci-fi books so some just sound like the same ole story with different actors and slightly different aliens. That said it was good writing and narration.

long time BV larson fan. this one is lacking a bit

After you listen to 8-10 books of BV larson book, I would tell you this one has all of his cliche. Also, this book is missing the charm of its main character. not good.

Copy Paste, Copy Paste, Copy Paste

(disclaimer, i just finished binging three books of Undying Mercenaries)
Generic Protagonist with god-level skills, charisma, and luck.
Generic Best friend character who gets protag into trouble.
Generic Opposite-Sex Love interest who is tormented but dangerous.

Made it 50% through the book before returning it. It is not a bad book... just extremely underwhelming.

Aliens meet Dungeons&Dragons

Not as good as Undying Mercenaries. Has the feel of a first effort, put away and finally published due to demand. Needs some editing for continuity. Its still better than most SF, just not as good as the best BR Larson. It is good enough to listen to the follow up. Narration is great.

Great new AudioBook!

Those of us that hunger for the next installment of Undying Mercenaries will find this very enjoyable. Honor, Humor, Action! Mark Boyett did a fantastic job of narrating as he always does, and Mister Larson now has added another hunger to my list! I hope the next book in the series is released soon, perhaps with some ship weapon upgrades so she can be used for CAS/BAI. I know B.V. Larson will have some surprises for us! Please hurry.. I Hunger :)
