Great audio learning.
Question 86 is incorrect - Sellers need to provide disclosure before the buyer submits the purchase agreement. In the course it is saying after the purchase contract is accepted which is incorrect.

Preping for Exam
Ive been listening to this while working to prep for the exam, Ive had multiple chapters in the actual pre-license course where I was already familiar with the material because of this book.
The reader isnt the most engaging so it was tough to sit through for more than 1-2 hours at a time, but all in all the content was great and perfect for an “exposure” book to go through in conjunction with or before taking the actual pre-license course.
