sweet and sexy rivals to lovers

Nick Russo is always a fantastic listen and he brought his usual depth of emotion and heat to this one! mostly light angst, sexy and sweet story of college football rivals to lovers. the beginning is the higher angst bit but the rest focuses on their character growth and moving on from sports.

Love this series!

I read this book originally upon release and was excited for its audio release. Nick J Russo, as usual, does an a amazing job. He really does bring these 2 college guys to life and their animosity which turns to lust and then love. This is such an enjoyable series. Another winner by DJ Jamison. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this audiobook.

I love a good enemies to lovers story🔥💟

This one did not disappoint. I loved the slow burn and the dramatic irony. It made it feel realistic. Nick Russo once again drew me in with his narration.

A Thin Line between Love and Hate

Often times love and hate walk dangerously close to one another, easily getting confused as the other. This has never been more apparent than in this book. I had initially read it on Kindle back when it came out. It was only when I started listening that I was reminded of that. So I settled in. Already a fantastic read. Though with a good narration such as Nick’s doing it morphed into an excellent read. As previously stated this a book of love/hate. Full of angst, friendship, finding oneself and yes Love. All of my favorite things. I found it to be charming, funny, and endearing. Nick’s narration brought forth the characters in a new light and was right on target. The author weaved together a story that was similar in nature to other reads. Yet put a fresh spin on the enemies to lovers trope. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It will be remembered and go into my collection of must reads.

a little slow moving

To start with but overall I enjoyed the story. It was pretty sweet and I liked how they worked through their feelings and relationship. Narration was done well and really brought the characters to life for me.

My fav of the series

I have read this whole series, and I have to say this was my favorite story. Love the sports, love the enemies-to-lovers, and absolutely adored the first-time experience. Nick Russo does a great job bringing these characters to life. Letting the emotions that were so well written come off the page and be live. This is one I will enjoy listening to again. There is so much to it and such a wonderful story. Loved it!

Excellent enemies to lovers story.

Simon and Parker are teammates and rivals on their college football team. After a fight cost Simon his spot on the team, he is forced to watch Parker’s success. Both MCs are likable and well developed. I especially enjoyed the play between their prickly in person relationship and the genuinely sweet relationship they develop over the hook up app. This made for some good tension and an engaging listen. The narrator does a good job making the MCs and side characters distinct. Great mix of humor, heat and heart, with a lovely ending.

Great Listen!

This audiobook has two of my favorite things: enemies to lovers and biawakening. Simon and Preston are so adorable! I don’t want to give the story away. I highly recommend!! I will be listening to the other books in this series.

I loved it. I enjoyed how the relationship transformed from hate to love. The narration was really good.
