Rope Me In !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A very well written and story driven romance!
Shooter and Sterling, both competitive bronco riders , are intriguing and likeable characters!
The story is filled with fun , banter , compelling moments , warm and emotional times , and lots of steam !
Both narrator's were enjoyable to listen to and only enhanced the story ! Alex Kydd's gritty, sexy tone definitely stands out !!

cowboy romance ❤️
I am surprised how much I enjoyed this by the end and I'm glad I finished. The character's were very lovable and it's a low angst listen. This story got better and better with a romantic and lovely finish.
🥵 Alex Kydd performance as Shooter was 🔥 The narration definitely kept me engaged during the slower start to this book and was well worth it in the second half of this book. I would listen to pretty much any MM romance he narrated now.
*In the first half of the book there are some editing issues in the writing (ie. repetiveness) and little moments of dead air in this recording but turning the speed to 1.05 eliminated this completely.

Such a perfect listen
Alex Kydd and Aaron Shedlock slayed this! This was another incredible story by Ashley James. Perfectly paced rivals to lovers. The spice!! Be care while driving. Definitely have new favorite narrators.

Cowboys!!!!
Million Stars! Ashley James, BRAVO! I am irrevocably obsessed with this book. The banter, the chemistry, the spice, the LOVE! 😮💨😍
The way Shooter falls in love with Sterling is just beautiful. His inner monologues were hilarious, him trying to fight the love he was feeling, always noticing how good Sterling was, caring about him, wanting to be with him and opening up to him… My heart!
The love these two have for each other is too good and precious. They both become an even more amazing version of themselves.
The friend group is just as amazing! They travel together, they support each other, they feel more like a family.
Performance is amazing!!!

Loved this!
Shooting and Sterling were soooo good! I absolutely loved their “rivalry” and their connection. These copper lake boys have my heart!

Frustrating and sexy
It’s like the author was challenged to write the most frustrating and irritating main character of all time and that’s how Shooter was born (bonus points for the most annoying female side character as his sister). For the first half of the book every decision he makes had my blood pressure rising but eventually he mellows out. There are lots of sexy scenes amongst the frustration and as far as the performances; where has Alex Kydd been all my life!? He is absolute perfection. Overall a good introduction to the series and if you enjoyed the book, the audio is even better! I probably would not listen all the way through a second time without skipping many early chapters, so take that information as you will.
