On his last combat deployment, Lt. Cmdr. James Reece's entire team was killed in an ambush that also claimed the lives of the aircrew sent in to rescue them. But when those dearest to him are murdered on the day of his homecoming, Reece discovers that this was not an act of war by a foreign enemy but a conspiracy that runs to the highest levels of government. another great story by Hurwitz
spolier alert
this one does finally kill the nowhere man. the is no coming back from all the injuries and challenges.
for once, our protagonist isn't Superman. this was an awesome conclusion to a fantastic run.
I can't wait for the spinoff of these series new that the biggest limiting plot love he has been resolved.
I enjoyed this unpredictable book I am sad it's over but glad there is a clear spinoff.
sorry if I gave too much away.
