Very engaging and useful content

First, I want to preface this review by stating that I was given this audio book for free, in exchange for my honest review of it. I can assure you that being given this audio book for free will not change how I would review this product as if I had actually purchased it.

I really like the narrator; she uses lots of inflection to really engage the listener and she makes this a really powerful way to deliver this information.

Wow, the free PDF that comes with this book is 92 pages long! It's really well done and is a great way to read along while listening to this audio book. The PDF is really an e-book version of this audio book, and is really professionally well done. I can tell this author really wants to make this information available to people and is passionate about what she is doing.

This book has some great content in it; you will learn what habits actually are, what process to use to break bad ones and create good ones in their place, and a lot of the science behind why these methods work. You'll also learn how to identify what "good" habits are and what "bad" habits are. These labels can obviously be very subjective, so I really appreciate the author adding this content in here, so that the reader has a goal post to work from, in order to identify what they need to change in their lives in order to get the results they are after.

One of my favorite quotes from this book is in regards to "bad habits":

"Bad habits will keep you pacified for today but will they create the future you’ve always dreamt of having? No, they will not. They rob you of your dreams and goals, not right away but long-term you will be left with nothing and only then you will see
what bad habits have stolen from you."

This is so true, and I've experienced this in my own life, often wishing there was a way to identify these time wasters and course-correct while I still have time to do so.

I liked this book and the narrator so much, I purchased her 3-in-1 package that includes positive affirmations and other really great content.

I highly recommend this book if you want to really understand why what you're doing is not working, and how to fix it and get what you really desire in this life!
