The beginning of discipline

I knew I couldn’t be consistent but I’m not knowing where my self discipline lies and how to productively move forward. The book was not too long or not too short but definitely provided the right amount of information to begin one’s journey. I know I will often come back to listen to this through out my years.

Easy and motivating!!!

I loved this book. I started listening to a summary and knew I had to hear more. I downloaded auditable and completed the book in 3 work day commutes.

So many wonder suggestions and new habits. I’ve already started two new habits to becoming more disciplined.

I plan on purchasing hardcover and rereading.

I highly recommend.

Life changing book!

This book was so good! I appreciated that he laid out the “why” that we need to be self disciplined (including science based research). He wrote about how it can help you in your life-both personally and in work. He also included the “how” you can make these changes to better your life.
