Thorough and Informative!
I have always found the idea of real estate investing interesting but way too intimidating, largely because I really didn't know enough about it or even where to start. This terrific 2-in-1 book has changed my mindset. The author, Brian Scott Fitzgerald, has been in the real estate business for decades, and listening to this detailed and well-narrated book made me feel as though I was learning from a wise mentor. The first book focuses on buying a property, fixing it up, and flipping it at a profit, while the second book focuses on buying a property and managing it as a rental property. I am glad I got the bundle rather than one or the other book because I feel empowered to pursue both strategies.
I like the author’s soup-to-nuts approach; I can’t imagine that any important aspect of real estate investing has been omitted, from finding appropriate properties (appropriate to flipping or renting, depending on your particular goal) and improving them to all things financing and legal. Also, I am grateful that the author has shared some of his mistakes and included various real-life examples. Finally, I appreciate that the author doesn’t sugarcoat the process, making clear that patience, research, and diligence are all required.

The perfect guidebook for real estate investing
Let me start by saying I have no experience in real estate. With that, I have a strong desire for financial freedom, so I downloaded this audiobook to learn more about how real estate could help me with this. I was delighted to discover out that this book is packed with invaluable insights, from mastering the art of negotiation to understanding the nuances of commercial versus residential properties. I love that the author shares their firsthand experience in this industry, which makes me trustful of the information and guidance. While I haven't pulled the plug yet on my real estate journey, I feel much more knowledgable and confident to get into this field after listening to this book!

A Very Comprehensive Guide
I enjoyed the depth and insight of this book. This is a fantastic book for anyone who wants to get into real estate and doesn't know where to start.
The two different parts of this book help make it a good place to start as you get a lot out of this book. The two strategies taught, the first by fixing up and selling houses, and then the second, from renting properties, is beneficial for anyone to get up to speed, understand how real estate works, and enter based on their current situation and the strategy they want into the future.
This book is truly a great resource for real estate investors!

This was an amazing listen, simply by the abundance of informative content found in this 2 in 1 value book set! The narration was also perfect for this topic - I found it highly engaging and was able to take notes whilst going back to refer to some chapters a second time. I will return to this book as I continue to look into investing in real estate.

Flipping houses for an investment.
Financial Freedom from Real-estate investment discusses flipping and fixing up rental properties to make money. Unfortunately I think this is limited in this economic state. Great ideas though.
