Excellent information about vitamins and minerals
This is a comprehensive guide to all the basic information about just about every vitamin mineral you have heard of. The information is solid; however, I would have liked to know a bit more about supplementing with vitamins and minerals, such as how much you need of each nutrient. I try to eat healthy, but I also take supplements. I just don't want to overdue supplementation if I'm getting enough of what I need from my food. Otherwise, this is a helpful listen.
