Publisher's summary

I didn’t want to go home for Thanksgiving.
And I guess my wish got granted.
I just wasn’t expecting our plane to explode.

Crashing into Frost Mountain was bad enough…
But now I’m a wanted woman.
And every second I spend on this mountain…
is a moment closer to death.
These people…they don’t like witches.

Except for him, of course.
That steamy alpha wolf shifter.
Being rescued by him in the snow was one thing.
But now he’s made himself my protector.
And there’s nothing I can say or do about it.

Nothing I can do except worry…
Because protecting me means putting his village in danger.
I’m just fanning the flames between him…
and the man who wants me dead.

This alpha is fanning the flames of my desire.
And no amount of cold or snow will put out the fire.

Author's Note: This is a steamy stand alone romance intended for mature audiences. It is part of the HOLIDAY SHIFTERS OF FROST MOUNTAIN series. You can expect to see your favorite characters overlap throughout the books.

Short, fluffy, ends abruptly

I liked this short little love story but it kind of ends abruptly. I can’t tell if the ending was just cut off mid sentence or if it’s a clitch. I am not sold on the virtual voice thing. Several timing and tone errors

The virtual narrator needs A LOT of work!

The story is good, but it is ruined by the virtual narrator used. Often it was easy to miss the transitions from one character to the next due to the lack of inflection in the narration, making is difficult to follow the storyline.

Worst listen!

I kept thinking the book would progress but it was stuck. The 2 witches weren’t able to really do any witchcraft so why mention it. Her sister is out in the frozen element without food and water for a week, but can still walk. It just was a weak storyline and the virtual narrator wasn’t good either.
