As a young child, Pat Hiban was labeled “Learning disabled with Speech Deficiencies” and put into special classes. Throughout his teenage years, he struggled – failing with sports, academics, and the ladies. He graduated college with a 2.3 GPA and took the only job without a barrier to entry -Real Estate Sales. Through consistent application of 6 steps, Pat grew his real estate business every year. In 2004 he became the #1 Re/Max Agent in the world and in 2006 he was honored with the same recognition #1 recognition by Keller Williams Realty. Over his more than 25-year career he sold over 4,000 homes with a volume of over a billion dollars. After leaving the sales side of the business, Pat settled down and became a professional investor. He co-founded DAPT Acquisitions, syndicating apartment housing to over 2,000 tenants in Georgia and Florida. He also created the podcast Real Estate Rockstars which he sold in 2019. Along with 3 partners he founded the mastermind GoBundance in 2013. GoBundance now has over 1,400 paying members. Additional books he co-authored include Tribe of Millionaires and The Quitter's Manifesto. Pat lives outside of Charleston, South Carolina with his wife of 30 years. He has 2 adult daughters.
