New York Times bestselling author Dan Wells is best known for his horror series I AM NOT A SERIAL KILLER, now an award-winning movie, and THE ZERO CHRONICLES, a middle grade science fiction series that has been an Audible bestseller for four years. His other novels include science fiction thriller EXTREME MAKEOVER, historical espionage thriller GHOST STATION, psychological horror novel THE HOLLOW CITY, and two YA science fiction series: PARTIALS and MIRADOR. He cohosts the YouTube series Intentionally Blank with Brandon Sanderson, and the Hugo-winning podcast Writing Excuses, which has expanded to include its own writing conference called WXR. He has written for television and the stage, writes short fiction and game fiction, edited the anthology ALTERED PERCEPTIONS, has been a professional gamemaster for online RPGs, and is now the Vice President of Narrative at Dragonsteel. Dan lives in northern Utah with his wife, 6 children, 2 dogs, and almost 500 board games.
