Ashley Sommers has been serving up quality cuisine in the North American Food and Restaurant industry for over three decades. Born in a big South Dakotan family, Ashley was always assisting her grandmother and mother with food preparation. Those early days gave me a great understanding and love of food, she says. Ashley went on to study Culinary Arts locally and abroad, spending time in India, China, France and the Mediterranean. Ashley describes herself as an expert on all types of cuisine. While much of her career has been in restaurants and culinary schools, she still believes that the best dishes are made at home, and with the Ashley Sommers Instant Pot Series, Ashley wants to combine her cooking experience with one of the great home appliances to make great dishes for people on differing diets. No matter what your cooking or eating persuasion, she says, I have the dish for you. Ashley lives in Wyoming with her family and her two cats.
