A must if you’re like me and you LOVE Cody Rigsby! I wasn’t sure what to expect but I knew Cody would deliver and he didn’t disappoint. One of the most relatable, and funny motivational help book I’ve listened to. This is one book I’ll be listening to over and over, my go to book when I need a quick pick me up. This is my first and probably only book review.

Reading (and hearing) Cody’s truth thru his trademark lens of levity, strength, and savage charm is like having a conversation with one of your very best friends.

Cody crushed this performance and the book! Great writing. Great insight and motivation into being yourself authentically and unapologetically!

Beyond just fun & flirty, satisfyingly real

With Cody being one of my favorite Peloton instructors, I was always going to read this book. But truth be told, it was even better than I expected. I really appreciated Cody's honesty and vulnerability. I had always wondered why he never mentioned his father on rides and enjoyed learning a lot more about his relationship with his parents (not spoiler alerts here.) It was fun to hear more about his upbringing and journey with Peloton . This book was funny, inspiring and very entertaining. A definite yes for any Cody fan or anyone that needs to hear that truly anything is possible. Thanks boo! xoxo

Resilience

Wow!!!! What an amazing story of resilience, success, self discovery and self love!!! Laughed, gasps, cackled and cried!!! And I thought it was possible to love Cody more…it’s like he said “hold my drink bitch, watch this” and dropped this book!!!!
