Publisher's summary

Forget everything you know about reality. The quantum world doesn't play by those rules.

Daniel Rice is a government science investigator whose specialty is solving seemingly intractable problems through scientific inquiry.

But Daniel's intellectual strength is sorely tested by the bizarre realities he finds in the quantum world. Extra dimensions of space trap the unwary, probability replaces cause and effect, and time isn't what anyone imagined. The other side of the mirror is a place full of dangers, but it's also somewhere a dedicated scientist can uncover secrets that connect humans with something greater.

overall great

I loved the intelligently written science, the great imagination, the stories were all good and fun.. believable. the ONLY complaint is the narrator of the first book was... not great. annoying to me.. I ALMOST quit the book because of it.. fortunately, I stayed with it because the STORY was good enough to keep me, and I'm glad I did. all other book narration was good, and the stories were fun and incredibly engaging for science educated lovers like me.

Mind that you don't skip each ending as the author explains the real science behind the stories. Very informative and educational.

Didn’t want it to end

This book was engaging and required focused attention for the more technical portions. I love how the author bases the book on real science with tweaks of fiction that explore what might be possible. I also enjoyed the author’s notes after each story explaining what is consistent with current science and where the fiction is introduced A truly fun and engaging series!

Outstanding

I wish this author would write this quantum series forever. Great writing, and the actor that read aloud this book is superb.

Great series

Really enjoyed the series and the jumps from real
Scientific to the completely sci-fi. The author notes at the end were great and used it to further my own nonfiction reading

Wonderful and Informative Series!

I really enjoyed the Quantum series, it was especially interesting to hear from the author after each book as he provided some context as to what was real science and what portions were science fiction. I look forward to future works by this author!

Makes the quantum world accessible

A good fusion between science fact, and science fiction that stimulates the imagination and makes the quantum world make more sense to those of us who will never see it

Sciency Fun

I love the story line and can’t wait to get into the next 2 books. Where the science seems fantastical, it’s also believable! I love a good time travel series and this one did not disappoint!

Outstanding - lots of science

Yep this one has a ton of science along with good explanation of the possible. A worthy read. At times it gets a little bogged down in the science but when the explanations complete the story moves well into the future. Very good performance by the speakers/readers. Looking forward to more audible entries from this author and narrators.
