Changing Lives..
I like this book better than keeping a journal because it reminds you of what to be grateful for. I've also found this makes a great gift for those you don't know who to buy for . . . who doesn't like to be happy?Great Book just loved it...

Brilliantly simple and informative.
This is an awesome book. I work on it with my weekly personal talk therapist. She loves it as much as I do. We have a blast going through this and learn so much about myself too. Highly recommend this book to anyone with interest.
