Story
There is no period when the distant roar of history can be heard pounding on the pages of the past with greater fury than during the 10 savage centuries known as "the fourth thousand years". This was the age of the first-world empires, the days when Assyria, Babylon, Greece, and Rome each displayed their passion for power. It was an age which demanded the resounding and inspired voices of many of God’s greatest spokesmen. The turbulent chaos of these centuries brought forth many mighty prophets of God—Elijah, Elisha, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Jonah, Lehi, and many others.

Have you noticed that President Russell M. Nelson keeps reminding us that the modern temple endowment has “ancient” roots? If you do not know what this means—if you do not have a solid understanding of what was done in the temples of ancient Israel—then you are missing many of the most basic and important aspects of your temple experience. Unfortunately, it is very common for someone to enter the temple for the first time with little to no understanding of what to expect.

Critic reviews
"This book might well be entitled, 'What You Always Wanted to Know about the Gospel but Were Too Lazy to Find Out.' Avraham Gileadi, by Analyzing the scriptures, excels at defining things, a practice in which the rest of us are delinquent. Through his in-depth research of the scriptures, he shows us how, as we 'lengthen our stride,' we may lengthen our reach to circumscribe all the scriptures into one great whole." —Hugh Nibley, professor emeritus of ancient scripture at Brigham Young University

The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.

Story
Turning the other cheek does not mean standing by while the enemies of God dismantle Christian civilization and brainwash our children. Decrying the cowardice that masquerades as meekness, Eric Metaxas summons the Church to battle. An attenuated and unbiblical “faith” based on what Bonhoeffer called “cheap grace” has sapped the spiritual vitality of millions of Americans. Paying lip service to an insipid “evangelism,” they shrink from combating the evils of our time. Metaxas refutes the pernicious lie that fighting evil politicizes Christianity.

Story
The secret to happiness is to acknowledge and transform suffering, not to run away from it. Here, Thich Nhat Hanh offers practices and inspiration transforming suffering and finding true joy. Thich Nhat Hanh acknowledges that because suffering can feel so bad, we try to run away from it or cover it up by consuming. We find something to eat or turn on the television. But unless we’re able to face our suffering, we can’t be present and available to life, and happiness will continue to elude us.

Story
The Qur'an, believed by Muslims to be the word of God, was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad 1,400 years ago. It is the supreme authority in Islam and the living source of all Islamic teaching; it is a sacred text and a book of guidance that sets out the creed, rituals, ethics, and laws of the Islamic religion. It has been one of the most influential books in the history of literature. Recognized as the greatest literary masterpiece in Arabic, it has nevertheless remained difficult to understand in its English translations.

Thorough analysis.
The audio is uneven and some sections are clearer than others, but the work itself is well worth the time invested. I’ve also got this book in paper form for greater study.
I highly recommend it. It will open many eyes if given the time & effort to cover these subjects. Those seeking to reach higher & prepare more fully for the latter end of the last days will find the value & will likely have their minds opened to scriptures and patterns they never knew existed.
Avraham Gileadi’s work on Isaiah is priceless. The book adds to the already existent value of his collected works. Jew & Gentile alike will profoundly advance toward God by seriously investing in these subjects.
I also appreciated Mr. Gileadi making this work available in this format. Some revision of the audio will benefit all greatly. Thank you Mr. Gileadi
