Life changing.

I'm presently working through this workbook alone. I wished I had purchased two so my husband could have one; I believe he would gain something from participating in these activities with me. It has aided me in looking deeper within to identify certain issues I've personally been dealing with. I'm appreciative of this book.

Really enjoyed this book.

I adore this book, in my opinion. Particularly for couples that require a greater level of understanding. The internal exercises are quite eye-opening and beneficial.

We're almost halfway through this book with my spouse, and we're enjoying it a lot so far. encourages good reflection about your connection.

It is great for couples

Both parts are something my spouse and I go through jointly because we both have one. Going through each segment one at a time doesn't take long because they are often fairly brief readings followed by quick activities. So far, I believe we've both gotten a lot out of it and have already developed the skills necessary to improve our communication and make our relationship run more smoothly. Strongly advised for any couple!

This book is excellent for couples who want to deepen their connection and get insightful knowledge about how each of you grew up and the lessons and teachings you received from your families.

Glad I Bought It.

It was a very great method for me to set out time to be open and honest with my spouse. It is simple to fall into negative habits and ruts and disregard them. This book undoubtedly gave us the vocabulary to discuss the sensitive subjects we were avoiding and find more solid ground.

Really interesting.

I can immediately tell a change, and we are just in chapter 2. This book can improve your communication skills, but it also helps you address childhood behaviors that have carried over into adulthood. So far, I adore this book. highly recommended

Although I somewhat changed the chapter order to concentrate on the issues the couple wanted to address in treatment, it's simple to grasp and utilize with couples.

Superficial very little discussed about the principles of what discernment counseling is

I am very interested in learning more about discernment, counseling, and already have some background knowledge. Which is why I was excited to find an audiobook that I thought would delve into it more. However, this felt like a book that just summarize things that couples can do to help strengthen their marriage, not truly about the full process of what discernment counseling is And how to Contemplate whether to pursue working on their marriage or pursuing a divorce.
