Publisher's summary

Learn the ins and outs of building a business by making the most amazing lemonade stand ever.

Most kids set up a lemonade stand on a hot summer day, make a few dollars, and then go home.

But a lemonade stand can be much bigger. Kids are capable of so much if given the right tools and motivation. Sip gives you both.

You will learn:

  • How to make the best lemonade your neighborhood has ever tasted
  • How to sell enough lemonade to buy an XBOX or Playstation all by yourself
  • How to accept credit cards from grown-ups

But those are just the beginning. We also walk you through step-by-step how to create your own:

  • Brand
  • Logos
  • Website
  • Custom bottles
  • Custom packaging

You’ll even learn how to get featured in local newspapers, open multiple locations, hire employees, and much more.

Kids and families who listen to Sip together will have a ton of fun, make a bunch of money, learn the secrets of building an awesome business, and get to drink tons of delicious lemonade in the process.

Great Entrepreneurial Guide for Kids

Many kids will run a lemonade stand, few will really internalize all the business lessons behind it. This quick audio book is a simple step-by-step guide for younger children to think through running an exceptional lemonade stand as an initial foray into the world of running a business (pricing, packaging, inventory, sourcing etc.). A really clever twist on a key part of a American culture. It's good having it narrated by the author (a business professor) as his passion for doing this with his own kids comes through.
