Fun read before a trip to Galapagos
I'm preparing for a trip to the Galapagos, so I chose this book to get in the zone. It's an entertaining story with some unexpected twists and turns. The characters were likable and it was a fast-paced tale with vivid detail of the islands and scientific info. The biggest hang up I had was the cartoonish villain. At first I thought this was a narrator issue, but I think the material probably just lent itself to this.
Would definitely recommend if you're planning a trip there and wanting a light read.
