Food for Thinking People of Faith
Compilation of Buechner’s Sermons/Essays over many years. They definitely deepen and mature as you go on, as they are more or less arranged chronologically. Definitely for the thinking Christian with lots of wonderful detail. Buechner is a keen observer of how people actually are and provides a very real hope, even as “a skeptical believer or a believing skeptic.”
