Rebel Finds Her Freedom

Rebel, leader of the secret Omega Resistance group, is a strong female lead character, which is a trademark for Rosemary A. Johns. Each book of hers that I have read or listened to has left an impression, one that leads the reader/listener to an understanding of the characters’ strengths, attained through hardships and intelligence.

I thoroughly enjoy Johns’ paranormal and omegaverse stories, and will keep coming back.

Rebel and her Knights was a pleasure to listen to.

The storyline was to much anything goes-alpha with alphas and sex with anyone regardless to gender or designation. The male omega was a reject because why? Was he sterile or are we talking about make pregnancy?

My Thoughts on Rebel and Her Knights

I loved this omegaverse romance. It had all the things I’ve come to love in reverse harem and omegaverse with the addition of secret crusades and unexpected heats and really unfortunate moments. I loved all the characters both main and secondary. I loved the flow of the story and the overall story itself and I especially loved the narration. This was one I could see revisiting again in future and I also can’t wait to check out more books in the series.

If you like a strong fmc who can take care of herself and knows what she wants you need to hear this and fall in love with Rebel

This is the first book in the Pack Bonds Omegaverse series. This is about Rebel and her men. I love this Omegaverse. Alyse Gibbs did a great job narrating.

Slow story. Narrator sounds drunk

This narrator is terrible. She slurs every other word. It also sounds like she’s drinking something while recording. It’s so distracting. Instead of “internet” you get “innanet” and “disturbed” is “disurbd.” It kills the entire story which wasn’t that great to being with but could have been much better with a narrator who cared to actually pronounce all the letters in the words and stop recording long enough to drink and swallow the beverage. I didn’t pay to hear her swallowing and talking like mush mouth.

Loved the story! Rebel is so strong!!! And for everything Leo has been through he is one of my favorites!

Good for a quick listen

I’ve never been much of a fan of insta-love, but I think this book handled it in way that wasn’t off-putting. I like the relationship dynamics, and the characters seem interesting. That being said, I feel like there could have been so much more done with the storyline and the development of said characters. Good for a quick listen.

did I miss it?

the story was over as soon as it began.. some parts were hot but.... almost all good stuff was lacking just a bit... like the writing was rushed..... I feel like I wasted a credit :/
