Story
A tragic beginning to life led Jah and Shauka Disciple to homelessness and poverty at such a young age that they grew into men before their time. Yet, they turned their hunger, abandonment, and suffering into diamonds, mansions, and power. The natural hustler instinct they’d inherited from their father was their driving force. Yet, this story starts when Messiah turns 18 and is finally freed from his adoptive parents. Reluctantly, he leaves his twin sister behind as he, Jah, and Shauka run the streets and break yearning hearts along the way.

Story
Law grew up in the trenches. Hustling since the age of 12, his focus was making life better for his mother and brother. Finding intimate love was never a priority because he didn’t have many examples of that around him. Instead, he was taught to focus on getting money, not finding the one. Yet upon seeing her, Zuri pulled something out of Law that was foreign to him. Though he had been with his girlfriend, Whitney, for a long, exhausting decade, he had never experienced a woman taking his heart so mercilessly.

Story
As mature men, the Savage brothers now realize that a man is not truly rich until he has something that money can’t buy, and that’s the women that have won their stubborn, once concrete, hearts. However, nothing in life comes easy and that includes love...especially with so many threatening, dangerous, and deadly obstacles in their paths to protect their family and their women. As soon as City and Akira had a taste of their happily ever after, it was snuffed away by her very own father.

True never guessed that life would be this hard. She most definitely hadn't foreseen falling in love with an arrogant, womanizing hustler like Coop. Yet, she did. However, as soon as True tells him all her truth, he'll revert back to that unbearable goon that wreaked havoc on the streets of Chicago.

Lyle DeLeone has always had the mentality of a hustler. Having grown up with a weak, drug-addicted mother and an ignorant, misogynistic father, she had to learn early on to protect herself and handle her own. So, it was no surprise that when she met the handsome Rashawn, she quickly snatched him up, hoping to prove that she, in fact, could be loved by a man. Married life with Rashawn isn't bad, but it isn't good either.

Publisher's summary
In part 2 of Property of a Rich Nigga, Jah struggles with the loss of Faye and Buck. Coupled with the stress of heading the crew and his family, he unravels chaotically. Messiah is fighting the need to finally mature and become a man. But will he mature in time to keep his and his brothers' secrets out of the ears of Detective Freemont? Shauka is more than content with his doting girlfriend and beautiful best friend. He has two women who love and protect him at all costs. Yet, when secrets are revealed, and he becomes dangerously entangled in the web of lies and deceit, no one will come out of their love triangle unscathed.
Jah, Shauka, and Messiah are intellects when it comes to the game. Yet, they have so much to figure out about women and love. On their journey to figuring it out, their quiet, loving sister delivers a blow that will make them aware that they have so much more to learn.
The Disciple brothers are respected men about their bag, but they are far from typical. Because of the damaging childhood that they endured, their hearts are wide open to love. However, opening their hearts to Yaz, Sariah, Faye, and Tory have also opened the floodgates of drama and hard decisions. Yet, these men are far from weak and are prepared for anything that tries to get in the way of those they love.

Lyle DeLeone has always had the mentality of a hustler. Having grown up with a weak, drug-addicted mother and an ignorant, misogynistic father, she had to learn early on to protect herself and handle her own. Unfortunately, her ways caused those around her to deem her unlovable. So, it was no surprise that when she met the handsome Rashawn, she quickly snatched him up, hoping to prove that she, in fact, could be loved by a man. Married life with Rashawn isn't bad, but it isn't good either.

She most definitely hadn't foreseen falling in love with an arrogant, womanizing hustler like Coop. Yet, she did.
