Fanboy

I’ve been a fan & follower of Mr. Glover since seeing him on the YouTubes. The book is short and precise with so much great info on being prepared. I like how he emphasized that it’s not about prepping for the apocalypse, but rather being prepared for other disasters that might happen where you live. It’s one that I will read(listen to) more than once.

Relevant and Concise

Good book with a lot of great points. I will be listening to this book a few more times and then maybe once a year in perpetuity.

I got so much info from this book, stuff an over fifty👵🏼 woman would not think about.
Lol, watching Walking Dead 🧟‍♂️ from episode 1 doesn’t cover what you need for real life. 😅
I do still have questions about my home preparedness situation,

Love this book and he may not like his voice, but, listening to this book, you just know it’s Mike and it’s real talk 💯

Read this book, and soak it in!

Mike, what a book! I finished it in 3 days, but not sure if that’s fast or not. I was taking notes too much for the last half of the book. Your book was so far from the “preppers” we see in the news, but more practical advice to live and freakin thrive, by! In a day and time we so need it.
Luckily I am trained on the brain and resilience once a year but these past few days you became my refresher this year (or my RT). What a damn good book to light a fire, to get me going and moving.
Bought the Audio on Pre-Order! Listened while hiking some trails. Going to buy the physical book…because I need to sticky note some shit. Audio was SO good. Keep it up Mike. You are doing what you were meant to do. Learn and teach. Don’t ever stop. God bless you and those little kiddos.

Best preparedness book yet

I've read/and listened to a ton of preparedness books over the years. This is the most accessible and well organized I have come across yet.

The framework he gives to approach living prepared makes it easy to incorporate into daily life without looking and feeling like a tacti-cool doomsday prepper.

Lastly I will say that I am normally hesitant about listening to books narrated by the author. That said, I do not think anyone else could have done this narration in his place. Mike's passion and energy are unparalleled. His emphasis on certain words and phrases tease out from the pages more I would have gotten if I had read it myself or listened to another narrator.

TLDR; get the book. Just get the book.

A Perfect Start Point For Friends and Family

Real substance in a easily absorbed format. I have been anticipating this book release and wish I could thank the author in person for it. Well done Mike!

Good information about personal resilience

This book did a great job explaining the need for personal resilience and reasons to be prepared. Will we have an EMP or civil war? Probably not but we all could have power outages or bad weather where we’d need to be on our own for 3-5 days. Could you do it? Have you practiced it? There are great guidelines and suggestions. Liked the book a lot.

Exactly what I was looking for!

Prepared really lays out some practices and lack of preparations I was unaware I needed. I'm going to listen again immediately and then read the binder version. I also found a workbook on Amazon.
