Overcome self sabatoge!
Listening to this guided affirmations book for 1 week now and I can feel the positivity in places that are normally a negative hole for me. Who knew the way I talk to myself and think of myself could be so powerful. I have heard the 432 HZ is the frequency we as people vibrate at so I appreciate that in the background. The narrator is also perfect for delivering the information in such a gentle way! I have found this author has many other books on the subject, how thoughtful to cover the whole process as i find familiarity comforting.
