I loved it. Me encantó.
Finished it in a day while cooking and cleaning around the house. I mainly wanted to hear a self help book in Spanish for once. for my first one it was insightful in its contents and highly motivating to me. Definitely liked hearing the bits of the author's life. I printed out the worksheets, it's 15 pages long (1sided print) I'm excited to start answering, I will take it most likely with me for a bit as I thoroughly think about them answers as inspired by the author.
