In addition to learning the importance of the operations process, the experience taught me valuable lessons on visualization, procedures, stewardship, time management, decision-making, accountability, and rewards. It also taught me about the benefits of resilience, endurance, teamwork, confidence, accountability, rewards, and prayer.
