A Pleasant listen

Being new to meditation, I found this book to be helpful in the basics of how to get started and the benefits meditation can have on one’s life and wellbeing. I enjoyed listening to this book as the narrators voice was very soothing and clear and she had good annunciation. A pleasure to listen to on my commute to and from work!!
