Weill written modern romance
This was such a realistic romance, featuring a heroine who was traffic my her mother (trigger alert) and a hero raised by survivalists. The compassion shown is huge, and the characters make me laugh. Narration is spot on.

So good!
I was under the impression this was more of a mystery than romance but I was pleasantly surprised when it wasn't. This book captured my attention and I couldn't stop listening. Very well written and performed!

Captivating story - sweet love breaks down walls
This is a well written story - thank you Molly McAdams for masterfully using the English language to paint an intricate tapestry of emotions, history and love in all forms. I so appreciate when the heroine is not the hapless damsel in distress, but can hold her own and is smart and resourceful. Yes, Emma the heroine, has major baggage and would really benefit from PTSD therapy - but in a way Reed is providing that for her with his slow and steady understanding. The family dynamics are a bit dysfunctional, which makes them real. The narrators nailed it!

Cuts Deep
