Fated mates going head on how cute, to find this out will being on different sides... I enjoyed listening to this story through narration... it was quite the audio

This was an action packed, opposites attract, shifter romance.

Percy and Easton were so good together and I loved their dynamics.
The storyline was engaging and the writing style was enjoyable.

If you enjoy a fated mates romantic suspense this is for you.

Bump Turgeson performed a seamless and enjoyable audio delivery.

Slow and Steady

This was a nice addition to the series, Easton and Percy are dated but don't like each other.
This is my first time hearing this narrator, he did ok, his voice was slow and steady.

Awesome addition to the Blackwater Pack series! Loved it!

Percy’s a very successful well-known attorney who doesn’t have much of a social or family life. Coming from a manipulative uncaring family like his, he actually prefers it this way. To most he seems very standoffish but he’s really just super guarded around people, except of course his best friend and his family. He loves being around them and that’s how he meets Easton, his fated mate. Now Easton’s a big hearted good natured kinda guy that you just love right off, he’s also a private investigator. They are total opposites, however from the first moment they meet, a undeniable sizzling hot chemistry has them intensely drawn to each other! Unfortunately they are working on opposite sides of a very important case and just as Percy and Easton’s steamy hot relationship turns to love, circumstances with their jobs threatens to tear them apart! I loved Percy and Easton’s sweet steamy hot story! Narrator Bump Turgeson did a truly fantastic job with the voices and theatrics bringing this sweet steamy hot story to life! I love Liam Kingsley’s Blackwater Pack series and Lawful Mates is definitely a fantastic addition!

Easton and Percy

Lawful Mates is book 8 in the Blackwater Pack series. I love this series and this book is a wonderful action packed addition. Percy, an alpha and lawyer, is representing a senator in the case of his missing stepson. Easton, an omega and investigator, is hired my the missing young man's mother to find out what happened to him. As Percy and Easton battle the case from opposite ends something else becomes clear, they are fated mates. This is an enjoyable story as the case unfolds, the missing young man is found, and Percy and Easton give into fate and start their family. Definitely recommend this book and series.
Narrator Bump Turgeson does a wonderful job in bringing these characters to life.

enemies to lovers/ fated mates

This story was a bit slow going at the beginning, but then it picked up. Percy is an Alpha male, defense attorney. He is ordered by his father to take a case of defending a Senator whose stepson is missing.

Easton is a private investigator who was hired by the missing boy's mother.

Easton's bestfriend is married to Percy's bestfriend. they should be a match made in heaven, yeah no. They feel the zing of fated mate connection at their first meeting, but they instantly have a dislike for one another. Being on opposite sides of the senators missing stepson case, they can't seem to be in the same room together.

Yet they can't help but be drawn together.

So at first I thought both characters were obstinate jerks. But as I got.more into the story, they grew on me. I dont know why Percy didn't tell his parents off a long time ago.

The story was good. the narrator did a great job making the story come alive.

Loved!

This is the eighth book in a series but it can be enjoyed as a standalone. I loved this book so much! The narrator did a really great job bringing the story and characters to life, taking a great story to an even more amazing audiobook. The story does start off slow at first but then it really picks up and the action kept me on edge wanting to know what would happen next. This was an amazing opposites attract fated mates story and I loved these characters they worked so well together. Easton and Percy did not want to like each other even though they felt the sparks of the fated mate. It was such a joy to listen to these characters as they stopped fighting it and actually came together as a team. Definitely a great story!

Good story!!

Easton is a PI looking for a senator’s son who has disappeared. Percy is a lawyer defending the senator. Their best friends are also mates and they share god father duties together. They’re also fated mates but they hate each other. This was a really good story. This was my first narration with Bump Turgeson. He did a fantastic job!

Great Story in This Series

I have enjoyed listening to this series, and this one is no exception. The story was interesting and the narrator did a good job with the main characters. I look forward to listening to the next one in the series.

Opposites attract, complex story w/ action

Opposites attract, a complex story filled with action and a bit of enemies to lovers' trope. Fighting the fated mates draw because of their differences and careers.  Lawyer vs private investigator gives a wonderful story-line of trying to find a balance between different priorities.  There is a lot of push and pull in this story and I enjoyed how we really get to know each character. 

Percy and Easton find their way to each other amid misunderstandings, divergent careers and a kidnapping.  

I really enjoyed the narrator as he brought the characters to life with emotion and intensity.  
This is book eight of the Blackwater Pack series and can be enjoyed as a stand-alone story.
