Un beau récit mais une narration maladroite
Cette biographie partielle du père de l’auteur et de sa propre mémoire de l’Afrique est bien sûr très bien écrite, courte mais agréable et mémorable. La lecture elle même est un peu trop chargée à mon avis et distrait du texte. Le texte est beau mais ce n’est pas une pièce de Corneille et les pauses que le lecteur insère souvent au milieu des phrases sont intéressantes au début mais plutôt fatigantes à la longue.
