A gastric band is a surgical procedure that reduces the amount of space in the stomach. A hypnotic gastric band is a psychological procedure that can convince the unconscious mind that a gastric band has actually been fitted. Following an introductory explanation, you are guided into a meditative hypnotic trance that helps your unconscious mind believe that the stomach is smaller. The listener is then provided with 125 weight loss affirmations to help maintain the weight loss on a daily basis.

Effective way to weight loss

The name of the book got my attention and I really learned a lot from this effective way of losing weight by focusing more on the mind and shifting the way how we think and look at things, it's not only about food and training, the most important thing is a well-suited mindset to start the weight loss journey in an effective way.

Informative!

This is a really helpful audiobook! My wife was looking for something like this and this book came just in time. Susan (the author) does a great job at detailing how to use the hypnotic gastric band as a form of weight loss. I've never tried something like this before and I can't wait to see the results. Great book
