Informative but robotic
There’s lots of very important info in this book. Usually when I listen to a book I enjoy listening, not so much this book. Very monotonous. I understand the author must write a disclaimer but holy smokes, she says to speak to your doctor about taking this or that at least thirty times, and every single herb ends with the same exact statements, “to purchase this herb go to such and such”. I’m not going to return this book because it is an excellent reference, but it is not a fun or exciting book.
