While art therapy traditionally focuses on therapeutic image-making and the cognitive or symbolic interpretation, Cornelia Elbrecht instructs listeners how to facilitate the body-focused approach of guided drawing. Impressively Deep Understanding of Trauma and How to Heal It
I am blown away by the depth of knowledge and applicable tools to heal trauma that Cornelia Elbrecht outlines in her book. I am going to sign up for her course to heal my own trauma and to help my clients heal theirs. Priceless book! Go get a copy!
