Amazing listen!

Very Encouraging

I have struggled with my weight for 20 years now and basically one of those people who thinks it’s not possible for them. I have enjoyed listening to this audiobook, it is so much more than just diet. I appreciate the author sharing examples from her own struggles and agree that being healthy and managing your weight is so much more than just the food that you eat.

Helpful resource

Excellent resource for weight loss. The book offers something very different from the diet-and-exercise-mentality which leaves so many stranded at a time when they most need support from issues related to long-standing weight.

Great Read!

This book goes into deep on personal goals and mental process into what goes on inside myself before going on my weight loss journey. Very interesting and motivating read. It makes you think a lot more about health and your goals for you health

Valuable Information!

This audiobook shares many different healthy ways to improve both physical and mental health when trying to lose weight. I really enjoyed how well they explained the mental aspect of losing weight and how to overcome many different obstacles!

It makes me feel better!

I have been struggling with my weight since I was in high school. Every time I feel stress, I reached out to food (unhealthy). Then, I ended up feeling guilty after eating and not feel good generally. This book helps me manage my emotional eating. It gave me the courage to continue my journey to manage my weight.

More than a Diet

This book really teaches you how to change your bad habits, and since it’s really informative when it comes to all the nutrition stuff, including why we eat the way we do, this sure did light a fire under me to start taking better care of myself.

Amazing listen!

There are tons of diet books out there, but none can compare to this book. If you have been on diets on and off most of your life, seriously consider listening this book. It's a whole different approach to finding out WHY you may be having the yo-yo diet syndrome. There are a lot of reasons people gain weight, but how often have you heard that it may be "because you feel too much". This may sound too far out for some of you, but there is truth in that statement.
