Many horse trainers, even those who espouse the so-called natural horsemanship approach, take the position that horses who fail to obey a human's request are doing so as much out of perversity as ignorance. That's not Mark Rashid's view. In his words, "If we understand that horses can't separate the way they feel from the way they act, then we can start to see that unwanted behavior isn't bad behavior at all. More times than not, it's just the horse expressing the way he feels at that particular moment in time....

Very informative and easy to follow
If you are interested in gardening on a budget, this is a must-read! It was so helpful the hear the specific things I need to do to get my garden going, and how I can maintain a healthy, bountiful supply of fresh foods and herbs for my family in my own backyard. I especially appreciated the part about seed harvesting and seed sharing - very interesting ideas! I will be listening to this a few more times to make sure I have digested all the information. Highly recommended!

Growing your Own food on a Budget!
With today’s inflation of costly food, gas etc. We need to get back to the basics and learn how to grow our own food. I love how Sofia guides you in doing so with-out breaking the bank. She provides good tips on how to start being self-sufficient. Learn how to start growing from seeds, composting soil, learning how to use good spacing if you have a smaller yard. Having ready-grown, fresh produce in your own backyard is not only rewarding but cost effective instead of running to your local grocery stores.
