Profound, moving work
This serial interview about music, religion, faith, loss and the overall experience of grief might sound a bit on the heavy side, but it's filled to the brim with life, the complexity and richness of it. Having listening to Nick and Sean narrating it makes it come even more alive, and it just grabbed and held me.

Unbearably pretentious
Takes himself very seriously. I expected deeply insightful content in a melodious voice but it's an astonishingly OTT over-acted dramatic performance: him as his own biggest fan. Insufferably self-important delivery; so tedious that I couldn't force myself to listen further. I tried. It's like a teenager's attempt at prose using the biggest words he can find in the dictionary; all front without gravitas. No beguiling turns of phrase, insightful depth or clever narrative. I could care less about hearing his personal beliefs, he's no philosopher.
