So so wichtig
Ich bin ein Mann. Und ich finde das Buch wichtig, teilweise wunderbar witzig, dann wieder scharf geschossen und immer mit einer wunderbar versönlichen Note. Gehört zur Pflichtlektüre von Männern und Frauen. Hetero, schwul, lesbisch, trans oder nonbinär. Ein ganz großer Wurf.

Zu viele Unehrlichkeiten
Ich wünschte, Frauen hier würden nicht so durchgängig und polemisch in einer Opferrolle dargestellt. Tut Frauen das wirklich gut, ständig ihre Handlungsfähigkeit abgesprochen zu bekommen. Historisch stimmt vieles, aber vieles ist auch auf eine irreleitende Art interpretiert, besonders beim Thema Märchen wird jede Symbolik ignoriert und alles wörtlich genommen. Allerleihrau heiratet am Ende übrigens nicht ihren Vater (etwas besser recherchieren?) und die meisten Märchen waren pre TV Unterhaltung für Erwachsene, nicht für Kinder. Pippi Langstrumpf ist auch mädchenfeindlich? Ich wills hier nicht zu lang machen, aber zu oft werden vorgefertigte Interpretationen auf die Situationen gestülpt. Unterhaltsam erzählt ist es sicher trotzdem.
