Funny and helpful!

Being newly diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I found this book to be incredibly helpful and encouraging (and hilarious!). I love this!

Such a simple but impactful book. I've recently been diagnosed with ADHD and that's when everything clicked for me. This resource is a short but punchy book that's given me quite a number of AHA moments as I listen to it while I worked in the kitchen. I usually carry around this little notebook to jot down notes throughout the day and listening to this almost filled that notebook lol Love this.
