Off to purchase the third book in the series. A lot of questions get answered, but this book is truly a slow bird. Also expect another abrupt ending cliffhanger.

looking forward to book 3!!! enjoyed listening too book 2! engaging story! which the fmc wasn't so whiny, gullible, & lacks common sense one minute but very intelligent the next. sometimes the fmc also comes across as very selfish then completely flips and is a very giving, kind, decent person. the author needs to keep her personality in a lane

Loving this series
Can’t wait to dive into book 3! Sawyer has built such a cool world, and I’m loving it! I’m excited to see where this is going! This slow burn between Finley & Carrick is killing me (I love it). Lucy does an absolutely phenomenal job carrying this series. The random chapters from Carricks POV are great.
